Tony Talbot, Kinnypottle, Cavan and formerly Birr, Co. Offaly, Monday, November 6th 2023, peacefully, in the loving care of his family and the staff at Cavan General Hospital. Beloved husband and best friend of Patricia (Pat) and devoted father of Derek (Lucinda) Tony (Catriona) Laura (James) and Gareth (Mairéad). Tony will be very sadly missed and dearly loved by his wife and family, his adored grandchildren Daniel, Rachel, David, Cian, Laura, Mark, Conor, James, Emily and Katie, his sisters in law Gladys, Gay and Annette, nephews, nieces, all his relatives and many, many friends.

Tony will repose at the McMahon Funeral Home, Farnham Rd., Cavan, H12 C821, on Tuesday evening from 5pm until 7pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11am on Wednesday morning in the Cathedral of Ss Patrick & Felim, Cavan. Following Mass, the cortege will travel to St. Brigid’s Cemetery, Killygarry for committal prayers and burial. Tony's Funeral Mass can be viewed live on www.cavantownparish.com/webcam.
