Very Rev. Canon Patrick Kelly

The death has occurred of the Very Rev. Canon Patrick Kelly, Castletown Conyers, Co. Limerick, December 8th 2024, in his 100th year, peacefully at St. Catherine's Nursing Home, Newcastlewest, Co. Limerick. Retired priest of Athea, Ballyhahill, Rockhill & Bruree, Patrickswell, Ballybrown and Bulgaden Co. Limerick, and previously in the Diocese of Ferns. Predeceased by his sister Mary Carr and his brother Denis Kelly. Deeply regretted by his loving nieces and nephews - Mary, Brian, Maurice, Mairéad, Colum, Christophene, Gemma, grandnieces and grandnephews, former parishioners, Bishop Brendan Leahy and his brother priests of the Diocese of Limerick.

May Fr. Pat Rest in Peace

Reposing this Monday evening, 9th December, in St. Michael's Church, Ballyagran (V35 C982) from 5pm followed by evening prayers at 7pm. Fr. Pat's concelebrated Requiem Mass will be on Tuesday, 10th, at 12noon followed by burial afterwards to Castletown Conyers Cemetery.
