Werner Kurt Wilhelm Braun
BRAUN (Killowen, Blarney, Co Cork and formerly of Mannheim, Germany): On January 2, 2017, in the exceptionally kind and compassionate care of the staff at the Mercy University Hospital, Cork, WERNER KURT WILHELM aged 92 years, beloved only son of the late Otto and Helene (nee Schmidt), dearly loved father of Bronwen (Lynch) and Owen, proud grandfather of Leah, Jessica and Stefanie, Sam, Christian and Theo, much loved father-in-law to Jerry and Kerry, loving partner to Vina Patel and her children Shima, Sunil, Jay and the late Kiran. He will be sadly missed by his family, by Vina's children and their families, and by all his relatives and friends here and in Germany.
Lying in repose at the Coburg Street Funeral Home of Jerh.O’Connor Ltd from 5.00pm on (Thursday) to 7.00pm. Cremation Service will take place at 12 noon on Friday at the Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy Co. Cork. Donations in lieu of flowers to the Mercy Hospital Foundation welcome.
