Billy passed away peacefully in the company of his loving family. He is deeply missed by his wife Elaine, children Tina, Joey, Mary, Billy, Francis and Valerie, sister Maureen and brother Ralph, sisters in law, brothers in law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
