Willie Walsh
Willie Walsh (Ballinacurra Gardens, Limerick and formerly of Leap, Co. Cork. Late of Shaws), October 23rd 2023, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, at The Galway Clinic. Beloved and cherished husband of Maureen. Dearly loved father of Kevin, David and Karen. Sadly missed by his loving son-in-law Austin, daughters-in-law Gillian and Áine, his adored grandchildren, Elise, Emily, Isabelle, Kate, Lotti, Sadie, Tess, Sam, Harry and Eve, sister Mary, brothers Michael, Martin, and Gerard, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, friends and neighbours. Predeceased by his brother Seán and brother-in-law John.
May he rest in peace.
Reposing at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Thomas Street, on Wednesday (25th October) from 5pm to 6.30pm. Funeral arriving at St. Joseph’ Church, O’Connell Avenue, on Thursday (26th October) for Requiem Mass at 2pm, followed by Cremation Service in Shannon Crematorium at 4pm.
