ACKNOWLEDGEMENT and FIRST ANNIVERSARY
On the first anniversary of the late Amy Dennehy, the family would like to express our most sincere gratitude to all who offered condolences and those friends and colleagues, who travelled long and short distances, to pay their respects. Thanks to all those who joined us at the ceremony to celebrate Amy’s life, and to her many friends at home and abroad, who joined us in person and on-line.
A special mention to members of the emergency services, family, friends and neighbours who rallied to our side, in person, and kind deed, during our darkest hour. You will never know the level of strength and support that has given us. A special thank you to Fr. Ray Riordan and O’Sullivan’s Turner’s Cross and to Amy’s friends and colleagues, who continue to keep in touch.
We thought of you today,
But that is nothing new.
We thought about you yesterday,
And days before that too.
We think of you in silence,
We often speak your name.
Now all we have are memories,
And your picture in a frame.
Your memory is our keepsake,
With which we’ll never part.
God has you in his keeping,
We have you in our heart.
