The family of the late Angela Ryan (nee Johnston) of Killahara, Thurles, Co.Tipperary, formerly the Mall, Thurles  Co.Tipperary, who died on 13th May 2022, would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them on their recent loss.

We offer our heartfelt thanks to the many wonderful friends, family, neighbours and well-wishers who visited our home, attended the wake, funeral service and burial and who provided emotional and practical support for us at this difficult time. For those who telephoned, travelled long distances, sent floral tributes, cards and messages of condolences, we are truly grateful.

A special word of thanks to Angela’s carers, staff of Home Instead, Public Health Nurses, Occupational Therapist, Nurses, Doctors and Hospice Staff for their kindness, care and respect shown at all times. We would especially like to thank Fr James Purcell for all his help and guidance during the days before and after the funeral it really meant so much to us all. We would also like to thank Fr Joe Walsh, Monsignor Dooley, Fr Tierney and Sacristan Meg for their help and support. We would like to thank David Ryan and Hugh Ryan Funeral Directors for being so professional throughout such a difficult process. Your hard work and dedication meant a lot to us. We would like to thank John Egan and Mary Rose for the beautiful music in the church and also to John for organising the burial arrangements, we are blessed to have such wonderful supporting  neighbours.

To those who helped in any way, your contribution made our loss more bearable. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the mass will be offered for your intentions.

Angela’s Months Mind Mass will be held on Sunday, 10 th July, at 7.00pm in Bothar Na Naomh Church, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
