Anna May’s sons Thomas & Michael, daughters Margaret & Ann-Marie, her brothers, sisters & all her family wish to express our most sincere thanks to everyone who offered sympathy & support throughout Anna May’s funeral & during the time since.

Thank you to all those who attended Anna May’s removal, funeral Mass & burial, sent Mass cards & letters, those who travelled long distances, all those who phoned, wrote or shared kind messages online & those who donated generously to The Irish Heart Foundation www.irishheart.ie in Anna May’s memory.

Thank you to Dr. Nick Buggle & all his team at Sheltonville Surgery, the kind & caring staff of Arklow Health Centre, the wonderful doctors, nurses & staff of St. Vincent’s Hospital & to the staff of Ferrybank Pharmacy for their kindness, care & assistance throughout the past few months.

Special thanks to Fr Pádraig Ó’Cochláin & Fr. Liam Dunne for their comforting prayers & for celebrating such a beautiful funeral Mass & to Avril O’Toole & Bridget Kenny for their lovely music.

Thanks also to the management & staff of the Arklow Bay Hotel for their hospitality, to Joe & Tom from R.S.S. for tending to the grave, to John Earls for his wonderful graveside lament, to Peter Dempsey for providing the doves & to all at John Sweeney & Sons Funeral Directors.

A very special thank you to Jimmy Dunne for his heartfelt tribute & to the Arklow Geraldines Ballymoney for their guard of honour.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.

Anna May’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday 10th September at 11.30am in St.’s Mary & Peter’s Church & those who cannot attend are welcome to join via the Arklow Parish Webcam
