Anna O'Neill

 Anna O'Neill
(née Synnott)

Arklow, Wicklow

Anna’s children Maureen, Danny, James & Ann-Marie, her brother Billy, sister Mary & all her family wish to extend our sincere thanks for the many expressions of sympathy & support we received at the time of Anna’s sad passing & during the time since.

Thank you to everyone who visited the funeral home, attended Anna's removal, funeral Mass & burial, sent Mass cards, letters & texts, those who shared happy memories & warm messages online, those who travelled long distances to offer comfort & support & those who couldn’t be present but joined us in the celebration of Anna’s life via webcam. Thanks also to those who donated generously to Wicklow Hospice in honour of Anna’s memory; https://olh.ie/donate/

Our most sincere thanks to the wonderful staff of Wicklow Hospice for their exceptional care throughout Anna’s final days. Thanks also to the team at Sheltonville Surgery & the management & staff of Grants Pharmacy for their care & assistance over the past few years.

To our own extended families, colleagues, friends & neighbours, we thank you for your continued support. To the management of Tesco in Arklow, your generosity & kindness will never be forgotten.

Special thanks to Fr. David Brough for his prayers, comforting guidance & beautiful funeral Mass, to Fr Michael Murphy & the sacristy team at St. Joseph’s Church, Templerainey for their warm welcome & to Karla Tracey & Bridget Kenny for their fabulous music.

Thanks also to the management & staff of The Arklow Bay Hotel for their hospitality, to Joe & Tom from R.S.S. for tending to the grave & to all at John Sweeney & Sons Funeral Directors.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for the intentions of all.

Anna’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday 4th February at 11.30am in Árus Lorcáin.
