Passed away peacefully 28th January 2021.
Anne’s son Joe and daughters Regina & Annemarie wish to express their sincere gratitude to all who sympathised with them on the sad loss of their dear Mum.
We are truly grateful to our exceptional friends, neighbours and family, who supported us in these unprecedented times and we appreciate your adherence to public health guidelines.
Thank you to all who joined in the celebration of the funeral mass via the livestream. We value the support of those who took the time to light candles, send mass cards, share memories & expressions of sympathy.
To those who lined the roadsides on Mum’s final journey and to those who made donations in lieu of flowers to Anam Cara Bereaved Parents Association - Thank-you.
A special word of thanks to everyone who helped us care for Mum in her own home - doctors, nurses & staff at Centric Health Ennis, the Public Health Team and Mary Jo Duffy & her pharmacy staff. We greatly appreciate the kindness & respect shown to Mum by Kenny her carer.
To the amazing teams at Carrigoran House Nursing Home, Ennis & Limerick Hospitals and the ambulance crews your kind nature in Mum’s final weeks will never be forgotten.
Sincere thanks to Fr. John McGovern for helping to make Mum's funeral mass so meaningful. Also Claudia and Doireann for their beautiful singing and music.
A final word of thanks to Daniel and all at Kennedy’s Funeral Home for their sensitive & professional handling of arrangements.
The task of every single one of these professionals is made all the more difficult during covid restrictions and for this they deserve extra recognition.
As we cannot thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude.
Anne’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on her birthday, Wednesday, 24th February, at 7.30pm in the Cathedral of Ss Peter & Paul, Ennis. This Mass will be live streamed on Ennis Parish Website.
