Anthony (Tony) Sheehan
Parklands, Cork.
Acknowledgement and First Anniversary.
Died 21st April, 2023.
As we lovingly remember Tony on his first anniversary, we, his family, would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all those who sympathised with us and for the kindness we received from relatives and friends at the time of his passing and during this past year.
We are deeply grateful to all those who attended Tony's funeral, travelled to be with us, sent mass cards, and shared touching messages of condolences. A special Thank You to Fr. Sean O Sullivan, the Neocatechumen community, and all the priests, singers, and anyone else who helped in any way to celebrate Tony's beautiful and thoughtful funeral mass.
We would also like to thank the Mercy Hospital team and the staff of Carechoice Montenette Home, who provided compassionate care to Tony in his final months. We extend heartfelt thanks to anyone who visited Tony during his final year, at home or in Carechoice. Your efforts were greatly appreciated and valued by Tony, us, and his family.
Thank you also to O’Connor Bros. Funeral Home for their guidance, support, and compassion for our family during this difficult time. Their professionalism and attention to detail made everything run smoothly, allowing us to focus on remembering and honouring Tony. We are truly grateful for their services.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope this acknowledgement conveys our sincere gratitude and appreciation.
Mass has been offered for your intentions.
Always remembered by his wife Winnie, son Paul, daughters Elaine and Jillian, daughter-in-law Nicola, sons-in-law David and Noel, and grandchildren Izzy, Owen, Lois, Charlotte, Kaia and Esme.
“No matter how life changes,
No matter what we do,
A special place within our hearts,
Is always kept for you.”
