In loving memory of BERNADETTE (BERNIE) whose First Anniversary occurs on April 11. Deeply loved, sadly missed and always remembered by her husband Tony,
son Phillip, daughters Caroline, Tracy and Laura, her grandchildren, daughter-in-law Trish, sons-in-law Sean. Kenneth and Glen, extended family, neighbours and friends. We would like to thank all those who expressed sympathy and kindness to our family. We would like to thank the wonderful, staff at the Mercy University Hospital Critical Care Unit especially nurses Marie, and Jubie and the night nurses Jennifer and Bindoo who provided dedicated, dignified and tender care for Bernie, the Ambulance Service and Joe Coughlan Undertakers, Shandon Street and staff who provided tremendous care to Bernie. To Fr. Jilson Kokkandathail CC who celebrated the Funeral Mass. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all with our sincere thanks.
