The family of the late Bobby Murray, 52 Alverno Heights Laytown who passed away peacefully on 13/07/2024 would like to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to all those who sympathised with us on our sad loss

We greatly appreciate the phone calls, messages, Mass cards, letters, flowers and condolences on RIP.ie.

Our sincere thanks to the staff of the Lourdes Hospital for the wonderful care and kindness shown to Bobby during his illness and also to the staff of Sunhill Nursing home where Bobby resided for the past couple of years where he received wonderful care and attention.

Thank you to Fr John Conlon for such a lovely mass and to Timmy Regan for the beautiful music.

We would also like to express our heartfelt thanks to all those who came to pay their respects in the funeral home, and also to family, friends and neighbours who supported us by joining us in person or via the live streamed mass to Bobby. We were overwhelmed by this.

Thank you to Townley Funeral Directors for their professionalism, care and respect given to Bobby and also to us as a family during this time, we are forever grateful.

Bobby will be sadly missed and will always be remembered.

As it is impossible to thank everybody individually please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our heartfelt appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.  

Bobby’s months mind Mass will be held on Sunday 18th August at 11am in St. Mary’s Church
