First Anniversary and Acknowledgement

As we lovingly remember Carmel whose first anniversary occurs on the 17th March, her son Ray, daughter Edel and their families would like to sincerely thank all our relatives, friends, neighbours and colleagues for your expressions of sympathy and your wonderful support following Mum’s passing. Thank you to everyone who attended the funeral ceremonies and to all who sent cards and messages, it is greatly appreciated.

We would like to express our thanks to the nurses, carers and staff at Haven Bay Nursing Home, Kinsale for the care they gave Mum during her time there and in her final days. We would also like to thank all those who offered companionship and support to Carmel in the last years of her life. A special word of thanks to her sisters Joanne and Marion to whom we are forever grateful.

We thank Fr. Brophy, Curraheen Parish for his guidance during the funeral arrangements and the staff at Jerh. O’Connor & Sons, Sarsfield Road for their professional and empathetic services.

As it is not possible to thank everyone individually please accept this acknowledgment as an expression of our appreciation.

We think of things that you would say and all that you would do
At some point every single day our thoughts will turn to you
No matter how life changes, no matter what we do
A special place within our hearts is always kept for you

Deeply loved and sadly missed always.
