 Daniel (William) Wolohan

Abbey Heights, Arklow, Wicklow

Daniel’s wife Kirby, his adored children Kasey, Leo and Penny, his parents Martin and Madeleine, siblings Edward, Lisa, Stuart and Makayla, along with the extended Wolohan and Dempsey families would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to everyone who supported us during this difficult time of our heart-breaking loss, we are uplifted by the warmth of the love and support we have received.

We wish to extend our deepest gratitude to those who attended our home, the removal, funeral Mass and burial, sent messages of condolences, Mass cards, letters, phone messages, flowers, also those who travelled long distances to be with us.  We will be forever grateful for all your support, kind words and the stories you shared with us. To our wonderful family, our large circle of friends and neighbours who called to the home with refreshments, meals and helped in any way, we will never forget your kindness.  Equally, thank you to our many family and friends, who couldn’t be present, but kept us in their thoughts & prayers and joined in the celebration of Daniel’s funeral Mass via the parish webcam.

Thank you to Fr. Pádraig Ó Cochláin who celebrated Daniel’s funeral Mass and made it so personal. A special thank you to Michael Flood and Trish Kavanagh for their incredible music and singing and for making the funeral mass so poignant. Our sincere thanks to Chris Earls for your wonderful tribute en route to the cemetery. We would like to especially thank Little Treasure Playgroup, Gaelscoil an Inbhir Mhóir, Arklow Boxing Club and Arklow Town FC for your touching guards of honour. Thank you to all at The Bridge Hotel for your hospitality.
