Don’s children Vivienne, Ronan, Gillian & all his family wish to extend sincerest thanks to each and every person who offered sympathy & support throughout Don’s funeral.

 

Thank you to those who visited the funeral home, attended Don’s funeral Mass in person or via live-stream, to those who sent Mass cards & letters & those who phoned or shared kind messages of sympathy online. 

 

Our thanks also for the many generous donations made to the Irish Cancer Society at www.cancer.ie in Don’s memory.

 

Our heartfelt thanks to the wonderful staff of Aisling House which was home to Don during his final years & to Dr. Anthony Bentley, Dr. Sinead Costello & all the team at Bradshaw’s Lane Surgery for their great care.

 

Thank you to Fr Michael Murphy for his prayers, guidance and beautiful funeral Mass, to the sacristy team at St. Joseph’s Church, to Karla Tracey for such fabulous singing & Bridget Kenny for her wonderful accompaniment. 

 

Thank you also to our own neighbours & friends, to Don’s former colleagues, neighbours & friends & to Captains & Presidents, past & present, from the Woodenbridge Golf Club.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for the intentions of all.

 

Don’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 9th March at 7pm in St. Joseph’s Church, Templerainey. Those who cannot attend are welcome to join via webcam;
