The family of the late Elizabeth (Lizzie) McEvoy née Kirwan, of McCooey Terrace, Clogherhead, who passed away peacefully at home, would like to express our thanks and appreciation for the phone calls, messages, Mass cards, letters, flowers and condolences from all corners of the world. Thank you to Father Murphy for a lovely mass and Declan Dunne  for the beautiful music.

 Many thanks to Doctor Neary, and also to the palliative care team that looked after our mother at home, and who showed her such kindness in her final days. Thank you to neighbours and friends who supported us, by joining us in person or via the live stream mass, to pay tribute to Lizzie. Thank you to P. Townley and Sons Funeral Directors for an excellent and professional service.

Lizzie will be deeply and sadly missed and will always be remembered. As it is impossible to thank everybody individually, please accept this acknowledgment as an expression of our heartfelt appreciation. The Holy sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.

Lizzie’s months mind mass will be held on in 19th December 2021 at 11:30 in St.Micheal’s Church, Clogherhead.
