The Brosnan family would like to express their deepest gratitude for the heartfelt support and kindness shown to them on the sudden passing of their beloved son and brother, Eoin. 

To our kind and loyal family, friends and neighbours who called to the house, travelled long distances, telephoned, sent condolence messages, cards and floral tributes.

To the Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust, to whom we will be eternally grateful, and to everyone who made donations to the trust. To Derek McCabe Funeral director, for his care, professionalism, and dignified manner in which he carried out Eoin’s funeral arrangements. 

To the people who came out to welcome Eoin home – that memory will stay with us forever. 

To all the members of the Naomh Ultan Gaa Club who formed a guard of honor at the football pitch and on the morning of the funeral.

To Fr. Rory Brady and Fr. James Sweeney, sincere thank you for the beautiful funeral Mass.

To Herta and Christopher for the fitting music and hymns that accompanied the service and to Kevin for his rendition of “the parting glass” at the graveside. To everyone who helped with refreshments in the community centre afterwards.
