Who passed away on 30th June 2022.

Frances’ daughters, Elizabeth and Angela, her grandchildren, son-in-law, brothers, sisters and extended family would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with and supported them following Frances’ sad passing. 

Heartfelt thanks to those who attended the funeral Mass; to those who sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, flowers and kind condolences; and to those who helped in every way. Special thanks to the members of Bearna Golf Club who formed a guard of honour at the church. 

Many thanks to Fr. Kevin Keenan for the beautiful funeral Mass and to Fr. Malachy Hallinan for his kindness and support.

Thanks also to Conneely Funeral Directors for their professional and sensitive handling of the funeral arrangements and for facilitating Frances’ removal to the NUIG donor programme in honour of her request.

Finally, a special word of sincere thanks to the nurses, doctors and staff of the Galway Hospice Foundation for their tender care of Frances during her final days.

Please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude. The holy sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.

Frances’ Month’s Mind Mass will take place on Sunday 7th August at 11.30am in the Sacred Heart Church, Seamus Quirke Road, Galway.
