We, the family of late Gerard, would like to express our sincere thanks and deep gratitude and appreciation to family friends and good neighbours, also Ger's work colleagues in the DSP department Cork, also his many friends in Cork, for all the prayers, Mass cards, phone messages and condolences. A special  word of thanks to all the doctors, nurses and hospital staff, at The Mercy Hospital, Cork.  A very special thanks to Fr James Purcell for his continuous support to us.  We would like to thank the undertakers, Seamus Zita and George, for all their dignity, sensitivity and guidance shown throughout the funeral, it was much appreciated, also thanks to Shannon Crematorium and the gravedigger. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be acceptable to all as a token of our grateful appreciation.

Gerard's first anniversary Mass will be held in Borrisoleigh Church on Friday, 21st January, at 7.30 pm.
