Hugh Reid

As we approach the first anniversary of our cherished Hugh, who passed away on 22nd March 2021, we wish to express our deep appreciation for the compassion and support shown during our time of bereavement at Hugh’s sad passing.

We thank most sincerely all who visited the funeral home, participated in Hugh’s funeral mass and burial, and those who could not attend but joined via livestream, both at home and abroad. Grateful thanks for all of the Mass cards, kind messages of condolence, telephone calls, for the lovely floral tributes received, and for the generous donations to Heart Children Ireland.

We extend our gratitude to Fr Cory and all at the Church of the Holy Family, Aughrim Street, for their guidance, prayers and assistance with organizing a beautiful funeral Mass, which was a poignant tribute to Hugh’s life. Heartfelt thanks to Simon Morgan and Vincent Lynch for the wonderful choral and instrumental compositions that reflected Hugh’s personality and love of music. Our deep gratitude to Massey Brothers Funeral Directors for their sensitive and professional handling of arrangements.

We trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation for those who sympathized with us on our great loss.

The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for you, your families and your intentions.
