As the First Anniversary approaches the Family of the late Joan Daly, (nee Foley) wishes to acknowledge with heartfelt thanks the many expressions of sympathy extended to them in their loss. We acknowledge with gratitude beyond words the presence of so many at Joan's repose and funeral Mass.  We are deeply touched by the many condolence in all their forms from relatives, neighbours, and wide circle of friends.   Many thanks to the members of Mullingar Golf Club for guard of horour, it will long be remembered.

 

A Special thank you to Ma's lifelong friends and neighbours who always kept her up to date with all the "news"over the years.  We will always be grateful for the attention and support shown by her nieces Mary and Catherine. We offer out sincere gratitude to Bernie who cared for Mam and became a great friend to her.

 

We will be forever grateful to the HSE personnel, Sue, Caroline and Aine, and the wonderful team at Newbroke Lodge for their compassionate care and also The Palliative Care Team in Mullingar Hospital.

 

Thanks to Shaw's Funeral Directors, who sensitively guided us through the sad event. We are deeply appreciative to Fr. Gaffney who celebrated Mass. Thanks to those who read,sang and played the organ. You made the ceremony very special.

 

As it is impossible to thank all individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of out deepest gratitude and appreciation. Mass will be offered for your intentions.

 

Joan's First Anniversary Mass will be celebrated on September 24th in Christ the King Cathedral, Mullingar at 12.30pm.
