John’s wife May, his children Henry, Eftim, Elizabeth, Garry, Frances, Paul, Mary, Patrick and Teresa, would like to sincerely thank all those who expressed their condolences at the recent sad passing of their beloved John.  To the many people who visited our home, attended the removal, funeral Mass and burial.

Our thanks to Fr. Michael Murphy for celebrating such a lovely funeral Mass, thank you to Michael Flood and Trish Kavanagh for their beautiful music. 

A special thanks to John’s carers Eddie & Tina, all at Bentley’s Surgery, the staff at St. Vincent’s Hospital & at Aisling House Nursing Home, Arklow who took such good care of John.

A special thanks to everyone who took the time to share many kind words & fond memories with us, both in person and online.  Thank you to those who couldn’t be present but joined us via livestream.

To those who brought food to the house & helped out in any way over the time of the funeral, it is very much appreciated.

Thanks also to Helena and all in Hudson Funeral Directors for their help with arrangements. Thank you to Joe and Tom for preparing the grave. Thank you to The Arklow Bay Hotel for their hospitality. 

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation.

John’s month’s mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, 24th June, at 7pm in St. Joseph’s Church, Templerainey, Arklow.
