The family of the late John Kenny, Dublin 12 who passed away peacefully on the 11th of July 2024, in the wonderful care of the staff of the ICU unit Tallaght would like to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to all those who sympathised with us on our sad loss. 

 

We greatly appreciate the phone calls, messages, Mass cards, condolence entries, flowers and condolences on rip.ie.  

 

Our sincere thanks to the staff at Tallaght Hospital ICU Unit for the amazing care and kindness shown to John and to us during his illness. 

 

Thank you to Louise the Celebrant for such a lovely service and Rosanna and Ruth for the beautiful music. 

 

Thank you to neighbours especially Sadie and friends especially Sharon who supported us, by joining us in person or via the live streamed service to pay tribute to John.

 

A big thanks to Linda and all the staff of the Cottage Pub for their help in organising John's wake. 

 

We would also like to thank Nikki and all the staff at Staffords who made what was an extremely sad time more bearable with their support and help at every turn. 

 

John will be deeply and sadly missed and will always be remembered with love by anyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. 

 

As it is impossible to thank everybody individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our heartfelt appreciation.
