As we remember our beautiful wife and mother Kathleen on her first anniversary on July 2nd, we would like to express our gratitude for the support and kindness shown following her passing. Thank you to those who sympathised, reached out, shared memories, attended and travelled long distances to be with us.

To the devoted staff of St. Catherine's Ward, the Pastoral and Palliative Care Teams in Marymount, the care shown to Kathleen over the course of her stays and the support offered to our family will always be remembered.

A special thank you to Professor Seamus O’Reilly and his team, the Oncology Departments in CUH and SIVH, the doctors and staff of Parklands Surgery and Irwins Pharmacy for the compassion shown to Kathleen during her illness.

We would like to thank Fr. John Walsh, the Barrack Street Band and O’Connors Funeral Home for allowing us to celebrate Kathleen.
