 Kathleen Walsh
(née Quill)

Tonreigh, Kielduff, Tralee, Kerry

The family of the late Kathleen Walsh (nee Quill) of Tonreigh, Kielduff, Tralee, Co Kerry who departed this life on September 23rd 2021 would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them on their great loss.

Your wants in life were simple,

Your love for us was true,

As long as we were happy,

You were happy too.

You gave us all you had to give,

Gifts, both great and small,

But most of all you gave us love,

The greatest gift of all

As long as our hearts are beating,

As long as our eyes shed tears,

We will always love and miss you,

No matter how many years

We offer our heartfelt thanks to the many friends, neighbours and well-wishers who visited our home, attended the wake, service and burial and who provided emotional and practical support for us at this difficult time. For those who telephoned, travelled long distances, sent floral tributes, cards and messages of condolences, as well as those who made charitable donations, we are truly grateful.

A special word of thanks to the kind staff of Kerry University Hospital especially Dr Patricia Sheahan and all the Palliative care team.  We would like to thank Fr Gearóid Walsh for his Anointing of the Sick Sacrament and the beautiful funeral Mass. We would also like to thank Graham Gleasure and staff, your professionalism is remarkable. Finally a special thanks to Mary Dowling for your final kind deed for Kay.

To those who helped in any way, your contribution made our loss more bearable. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.

The First Anniversary Mass for Kathleen will be held on September 24th at 8pm in Clogher Church, Ballymacelligot.
