As we approach the first anniversary, the family of the late Kevin Canavan, Creevaghbeg, Ballymahon, Co Longford, who died 15th July 2020, would like to thank everyone who sympathised with us on our huge loss.

Our heartfelt thanks go to all our family, friends and neighbours for their kind and practical support through this difficult time.

A special word of thanks to Ballymahon Fire Brigade; the Ambulance Service; An Garda Síochána; Fr Liam Murray; Paul Canavan and Kate Connolly; and to Mary and Marc Nally for their professionalism and care. Thank you also to all of the guards of honour in Ballymahon and Cavan and to everyone who stood out to pay their respects on the day – we deeply appreciated your presence.

For all who called, travelled long distances, sent cards, letters and messages of condolence and joined us online, to those who helped in any way, your contribution made our loss more bearable, thank you.
