The family of the late May McCaughey (Arva and formerly Billis, New Inns, BJD) wish to acknowledge the support and kindness shown to us following May’s sad passing on 23rd of December 2020. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all those who conveyed messages of condolence, sent Mass cards and floral tributes and sympathised with us at Lakelands Funeral Home & Crematorium.
Sincere thanks to her kind neighbours who lined the route from her home to the Sacred Heart Church in Arva for her funeral Mass. We would like to thank the Management and Staff of Gerry Ellis & Sons Ltd who provided a guard of honour from their store to the church. Michael Ellis paid tribute to her dedicated decades of service working there, during the funeral Mass. We wish to acknowledge the kindness shown to her by the Ellis family and her dear colleagues after her retirement.
