The family of the late Matt Gray, Edenmore, Ballinamuck, Co. Longford wishes to acknowledge the many expressions of sympathy and kind gestures of support which they received during their recent sad loss.

First of all, we offer our heartfelt thanks to our wonderful neighbours and kind, close friends who assisted and supported us. We express our thanks to all those who visited our home, attended the Reposing at Glennon’s Funeral Home, his Funeral Mass and burial. For those who telephoned, travelled long distances, sent Mass cards and messages of condolence, together with donations to the Lourdes Diocesan Fund, we are truly grateful.

Our gratitude to Fr. Pat Lennon P.P. Dromard for his great support and prayers at the time. We thank the priests and religious who attended the reposing and to the priests who concelebrated at the Funeral Mass. We are very thankful to the Mulligan Sisters for their beautiful and sacred music. Our appreciation to Martin Glennon for his professionalism and care as undertaker and to the neighbours for preparing the grave. Many thanks to Dr Niall Donohoe and Dr Seán Moran. A final word of thanks to Christine and staff at the Piker’s Lodge for their hospitality.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.

Matt’s first anniversary Mass will be celebrated in St. Mary’s Church, Legga at 11.00am on Sunday, December 31st.
