Michaels' wife Mary, his sons Garreth and Eric and daughter Carly, would like to thank all those who sympathised with us on our sad loss. A special word of thanks to all the staff on Ward GBR in the CUH and Anna Walsh of Barnavara, Coughlan's Undertakers for all their kindness. To Father Coughlan for the beautiful service. To Jerry and Scapa Flo, Deborah and Hannah for the beautiful music. To Henessys fishing club and all his friends, thanks for the support and guard of honour. To all our neighbours and friends, thanks for all the gifts and cards. Finally to all our family and friends, thanks so much for all your help and support. It would be impossible to thank everyone, so please accept this as a token of our deepest gratitude.
