Acknowledgement & 1st Anniversary

As we fondly remember Pat, his wife Kitty, son Martin, daughter Caroline and extended families would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised with us on our sad loss.

We would like to thank everyone that called to our home. We would like to convey our sincere thanks to all those who gave mass cards, floral tributes, those who attended Pat’s funeral and burial and posted warm wishes on R.i.P.ie.  A sincere thank you to those who travelled long distances far and wide.
To all our relatives, kind neighbours and friends who helped and supported us and those who brought food and refreshments.
Thank you to Carrigtwohill Community Hall for catering for us after the funeral.
We would like to thank Dr Aine Merick and her team and all the staff in the C.U.H who looked after Pat. To Fr Declan and Fr Michael in the C.U.H. Thank you to Midleton Medical Centre and Carrigtwohill Primary Care. Thank you to all in I.C.U High Dependency Unit and Ward 3B and to Dr Kate McCarthy and Dr Norma Harnedy and their teams. Thank you to the staff of MaryMount University Hospital and Hospice and the Paramedics and Doctor who took extra gentle care of Pat in the hospital. Thank you to the hospital security for the kindness they showed to us at that difficult time.
Many thanks to Fr Patrick Winkle for celebrating a lovely mass and sacristan Carmel and John and Pat for the beautiful music in the church. We would like to thank James Cahill Funeral Directors, Cobh for all their care, kindness and professionalism at all times and also the grave diggers who prepared Pat’s final resting place.

As it is not possible to thank everybody individually we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our gratitude.
Mass will be offered for your intentions.

Pat's 1st anniversary mass will be celebrated on
Saturday May 4th at 6pm in St. Mary's Church, Carrigtwohill.
