                                                   First Anniversary and Acknowledgement

On the first Anniversary of Pat's death, Joe, TJ, Deirdre, Brendan, Kieran and extended family would like to express our sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with us following our sad loss.

We greatly appreciate the kindness and generosity of our neighbours, friends and extended family who brought food and supported us in every way possible. Sincere gratitude to the many friends, neighbours, colleagues, and well-wishers who visited our home, attended the service (in person or on-line), attended the burial for their kindness and support. For those who telephoned, travelled from near and far, sent floral tributes, cards and messages of condolences, as well as those who made charitable donations, we are truly grateful.

To Dr Bastiaan van Eynatten and his staff at the Medicentre Tipperary, your support and kindness to Pat over many years is greatly appreciated.

We would also like to thank the doctors, nursing staff and care assistants of South Tipperary General Hospital and the Bons Cork for their medical care and a special thanks to all the staff at Bramley Lodge Nursing Home, Cahir, for their excellent care and kindness during Pat's final weeks.

We thank Fr Eugene Everard for his guidance and celebration of the funeral Mass. Thank you to Carol O'Donovan for her beautiful singing and to organist Eamon O'Malley.

A special thanks to Tom Fogarty & Son Funeral Directors for their sensitive and professional handling of the arrangements during this tough time.

To those who helped in any way, your contribution made our loss more bearable.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as an expression of our deepest gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
