As her family lovingly remembers Peg on the first anniversary of her death, we wish to express our heartfelt gratitude for the support that we received on our sad bereavement.
Our sincere thanks to the neighbours, friends and extended family who sent cards, letters or messages of sympathy, and to those who kept us in their thoughts and prayers.
We thank Fr Tom Little for his kindness to Peg and for celebrating her funeral Mass with such reverence. Thanks to Josie and Clare for the beautiful music, to Mary for preparing the church, to the Tinryland Parish community for their support and to Edmund Kearney for his guidance in making the funeral arrangements.
We deeply appreciate all those who cared for Peg with such compassion, consideration and respect: those who helped to look after Peg at home, especially Maria and Alice; the staff in Hillview Nursing Home; Dr Ni Ghráinne and her team in Dolmen Medical.
As Peg said so often ‘May God bless you’.
Anniversary Mass for Peg will be celebrated on
Sunday, 20th February, at 10 a.m. in St. Joseph’s Church, Tinryland.
