The family of the late Peter Coleman, 68 Sliabh Breagh, Ardee, would like to express our heartfelt thanks for the many expressions of sympathy and support received at the time of Peter’s passing and throughout the weeks since. Thank you to the many people who visited our home, attended Peter’s funeral Mass and burial, sent floral tributes, Mass cards, letters and texts, those who shared happy memories and warm messages.

To our extended family, our kind neighbours and friends, your kindness and generosity of spirit will never be forgotten. Thanks to all the medical professionals who looked after Peter over the years, and also in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.

Peter’s Month’s Mind Mass will take place on Saturday, 27th April, at 6:30pm in the Church of the Nativity of Our Lady, Ardee.

Much loved and sadly missed each day by his wife Monica, daughters Linda and Joan, grandchildren Gary, Una, Lauren, Brendan, Ciarán, Emily and Conor, great-grandchildren Charlie and Ellie, sons-in-law David and Nigel, Gary's wife Claire, and his sisters Patricia, Breda, Kathleen and his brother Patsy.

O Lord, support us all the day long of this troublous life,

until the shadows lengthen, and the evening comes,

and the busy world is hushed, and the fever of life is over,

and our work is done.

Then, Lord, in thy mercy, grant us a safe lodging,

a holy rest, and peace at the last.
