Who passed away peacefully on the 24th June 2024 in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda.

 

Deeply missed and loved by his grieving wife Rosaleen, daughters Rosemarie, Ramona and Robyn, Son in Laws Philip, Gabriel and Keith.  Cherished by his Grandsons Christopher, Darren, Stephen, Daniel and Kyle and his Granddaughter Sophia, Great Granddaughters Abigail, Jasmine and Katie and Great Grandson Eoin.

 

His sister Mary and brother in law Francis, Great Granddaughters in law, Brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, relatives, friends and neighbours.

 

The family would like to express gratitude to all relatives, good neighbours, friends and everyone who attended the Wake and Requiem Mass, sent Mass Cards, Sympathy Cards, online messages and condolences.  We are humbled and overwhelmed by your kindness and generosity.

 

A special thanks for the kind care Robert received in Castleross Nursing home from the Nurses and carers. Also,the wonderful care and attention Robert got from the two occasions he was in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda from the Doctors, nurses and Palliative Care Team.

 

We would like to thank Canon McGinn who celebrated Robert's Funeral Mass, Eucharistic Ministers and the singer for her lovely hymns and music.

 

A sincere thanks to Wards Funeral Directors for the dignified and professional manner in which they organised and conducted the Wake in the Funeral Home, along with refreshments and the funeral arrangements.  Thanks also to the grave digger who prepared Robert's final resting place.

 

Special thanks to Clontibret Community Centre for providing the venue and refreshments following the funeral.

 

As it is not possible to thank each of you individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our deep gratitude for all you have done.

 

Robert's Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated in St Mary's Chapel, Clontibret on Saturday, 27th July 2024 at 7.30pm.
