Acknowledgement and

1st Anniversary

The family of the late Rose Murphy, who died on 27th September, 2022, wish to express our heartfelt gratitude for the many expressions of sympathy, kindness and support shown to us on the death of our mother.

We wish to thank everyone who called to her house, attended the funeral, sent Mass cards, letters, condolences on RIP.ie, floral tributes and phone calls.

Our deepest gratitude to Fr. Joe Brophy, Fr. P.J. Fitzgerald and Fr. Brian Kavanagh for their kindness, prayers and lovely Mass, and to the Scott family for the beautiful music.  We would like to give a special thanks to Seamus Burke, Funeral Directors, Mountrath, for their care, professionalism and kindness.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks for all the care provided by Dr. Ailish Phelan, G.P. and Public Health Nurses, especially Tanya McDonagh and Mary Owens, and the palliative care team and all the health professionals our mother encountered over the years.  We would also like to thank all the carers who looked after her throughout the years.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this as an expression of our deepest gratitude.  The holy sacrifice of the mass will be offered for the intentions of all.

Rose's 1st Anniversary Mass will be celebrated in St. Fintan's Church, Mountrath, on Sunday, 24th September, at 11.30am.

Memories are a gift to treasure

Ours of you will last forever.

Sadly missed by Pascal, Joe, Margaret and extended family.
