Rose MOLLEN

 Rose MOLLEN
(née Walsh)

Agall, Screggan, Tullamore and formerly Healy Street, Tullamore, Offaly

Rose’s husband John Joe, the Mollen family, the Walsh family and extended family members wish to express our gratitude and appreciation for those who sympathised and supported us during our recent bereavement. To all our neighbours, relatives and friends who called to our home and assisted in any way, we greatly appreciate your help and kindness. Our special thanks to all who attended the wake, funeral mass, burial and those who viewed online. Many travelled great distances to be with us for which we are truly grateful. Thank you to everyone who sent mass cards, floral tributes and the many messages of condolences we received through phone calls, text messages and personalised messages on RIP.ie.

We wish to acknowledge with deep gratitude the care given to Rose by Dr. Aisling Quinlan, Dr. Peter Kearney and all the staff of the Avenue Clinic over many years and particularly in recent months. We would also like to thank Dr. Joanna Mc Glynn and the nurses, doctors and staff of Tullamore Regional Hospital and the staff of Esker Rí Nursing Home who cared for Rose in recent weeks. We also wish to express our profound gratitude to the staff of Dolan’s Pharmacy and to Mr. Eddie Greene and his team for their guidance and support.

Our special word of thanks to Fr. Michael Whittaker, Fr. Frank Guinan and Fr. Barry Condron for their beautiful Requiem Mass for Rose and for the kindness and compassion given to the family. Sincere thanks to Mr. Tom Lawless and his team in Lawless Funeral Directors for their professionalism, dignity and attention to detail and also to the grave diggers who prepared Rose’s final resting place. We also wish to thank Mr. Joe Wynne for his music which brought great spiritual comfort on the day.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude.  The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.

Rose’s Month's Mind Mass will be held in St. Coleman’s Church, Mucklagh on Saturday, 13th May at 7:30pm.

May Rose’s gentle soul Rest in Peace.
