The loving family of the late Sarah (Sis) Jones, (nee Traynor) would like to express our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to everyone who sympathised with us on the heartbreaking loss of our beloved mam, wife, mother-in-law, nana and great nana.

To all our extended family, friends, neighbours, colleagues, thank you too for everything ye did to support us and still do.

Thank you to Prof Yvonne O'Meara and all the doctors, nurses, support staff and chaplins in the mater hospital  especially from the Haemodialysis Unit, St John's, St Agnes' and St Celcila's Wards for all your kindness and great care given to mam and us the family over the years.

To mam's GP Dr Catherine Coleman and Dr Malone thank you.

To mam's public health nurses, thank you.

To Darrragh and his team at Frederic Pharmacy, to the management and carers from Comfort Keepers, thank you for your care and kindness given to mam and us in very recent times.
