The loving family of the late Sarah (Sis) Jones, (nee Traynor) would like to express our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to everyone who sympathised with us on the heartbreaking loss of our beloved mam, wife, mother-in-law, nana and great nana.

Those who attended Brian McElroy's Funeral Home to pay their respects, those who attended mam's removal, Mass and funeral.

Those who sent Mass cards and other messages of support and sympathy.

Those who made donations to the Irish Kidney Association, thank you.

A special word of thanks to Fr Tom Clowe from St Agnes' Parish, Crumlin, for the beautiful funeral Mass and all the team in St Agnes' Parish, including the lady who sang at the Mass.

A special word of thanks to Fr Paul PP from St Joseph's Church, Berkeley Road, who visited mam regulary at home, to Fr Pat Beecher formerly of Berkeley Road thank you too, to Fr Ben Moran and Fr Pat Lucey, from St Aengus's Church, Tallaght, for celebrating the Masses for our mam.

To all our extended family, friends, neighbours, colleagues, thank you too for everything ye did to support us and still do.

Thank you to Prof Yvonne O'Meara and all the doctors, nurses, support staff and chaplins in the mater hospital  especially from the Haemodialysis Unit, St John's, St Agnes' and St Celcila's Wards for all your kindness and great care given to mam and us the family over the years.

To mam's GP Dr Catherine Coleman and Dr Malone thank you.

To mam's public health nurses, thank you.

To Darrragh and his team at Frederic Pharmacy, to the management and carers from Comfort Keepers, thank you for your care and kindness given to mam and us in very recent times.

Thank you also to the management and staff from Bluebird Care and North Dublin Home Care who looked after mam in the past.

A special word of thanks to all at the Irish Kidney Association for all your care and support over the years.

To all the taxi drivers who brought mam to and from her dialysis over the years and went the extra mile for her, thank you.

Thank you to Brian McElroy Funeral Directors for your kindness and care.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement with our heartfelt thanks and appreciation. The holy sacifice of Mass will be offered for all your intentions.
