The daughter and extended family of the late Theresa (pre deceased by her husband Pat), would like to thank most sincerely our amazing friends and neighbours who are continuously getting us through this very difficult time of Theresa's sudden passing. We could not have gotten through the past few weeks without you all. A huge big thank you to the friends and residents of Old Church for the beautiful balloon ceremony they did when Theresa was leaving the house for the final time. 

A special thank you to the staff of Tallaght and James' Hospital and the ambulance service for the care they gave Theresa. They went above and beyond. A very special thank you to Dr Deena Ramiah and Marguerite, Dr Chenead Ramiah, Pauline and all at Nangor Medical Centre for everything they did throughout the years. A big thank you to Margaret and all at Massey Bros. Clondalkin Village.                                                                    Thank you to Mary Queen of Angels N.S. Ballyfermot and all past De La Salle N.S.                                               A huge thank you to Aoife Borland and Michelle for the beautiful music.                                                            Sincere thank you to Fr. Damien Farnon, Gerry, Sean, Mary Farrell and all at the Immaculate Conception Church, Clondalkin Village. A very special thank you to those who organised the flowers on the alter for the funeral. They were beautiful.  

A huge thank you to Jackie Fry for all her help and support. 

Heartfelt thanks to those who could be with us physically, sent cards and kept us in their thoughts and prayers. It would be impossible to thank everyone individually but please know that your helpful actions, thoughts and prayers have made this unbearable time a little more bearable.

Masses will be offered for your intentions. As we cannot gather at the moment, please take some time to remember Theresa with a smile, a laugh and a thought for those less fortunate, just as she would have wanted.
