Acknowledgement & First Anniversary 

In loving memory of our beautiful Mam, Theresa,

whose first anniversary occurs on November 17th, 2024.
Who is so dearly loved and missed every day.

We, her family, would like to remember and thank with gratitude and appreciation all who sympathised with us. We thank our extended family, dear friends and kind neighbours. Thanks to all who sent floral tributes, Mass cards and messages of sympathy.

A special word of thanks to Rose O'Sullivan and Jackie Myers whose kindness to us will always be remembered.

We wish to acknowledge the doctors, nurses, staff and pastoral care team of the Cork University Hospital who took great care of Theresa in her final days.

A most sincere thanks to Fr. Sean O' Sullivan who celebrated Mam's funeral Mass and made it so personal for us.

Finally, thanks to O'Connor Bros Funeral Directors for their support and professionalism throughout the funeral period.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our gratitude and appreciation.  The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.
