Tom/Tommie McGahon. Lacklum, Inniskeen, Co. Monaghan passed away on 23rd May 2024 at home.
He is sadly missed by his partner Ann, his sisters Eileen, Margaret, Olive, Kathleen and Anne and his brothers Peter and John, his brothers and sisters in law and nephews and nieces. He is also missed by his co-workers, his neighbours and wide circle of friends.
The family would like to thank Liam, Anthony, and the emergency services who attended Tom on the Thursday and to our neighbours and friends who assisted and supported us on that evening.

The family would like to express gratitude to everyone who attended  the wake, sent mass cards and wrote online messages of condolences. We would like to thank all who attended the funeral mass and those who  watched it virtually.

Thank you to all our neighbours and family who brought food, helped in the house and managed traffic, parking and lighting.
Our sincere thanks to Father Martin Treanor for administering the last rites to Tom on the Thursday evening and for celebrating Tom’s funeral mass. We would also like to thank the Sacristan, funeral ministers, Eucharist ministers and the alter servers who assisted us with Tom’s Funeral.

Our sincere thanks to Michael Magee undertakers for their help and guidance during the wake and funeral and to the grave digger for preparing Tom’s resting place.

Thank you also to Inniskeen community centre and McEntees catering for their assistance in providing a meal after the funeral.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgment as an expression of our sincere appreciation and gratitude to everyone.

Tom’s Month’s Memory Mass will be celebrated on Friday, June 21st, at 8pm in Mary Mother of Mercy Church in Inniskeen.
