There are five dining options within the Resort, Canopy Restaurant, Brasserie and Bar, Knights Bar and Terre all located on property or The Hunted Hog traditional Irish pub located in Castlemartyr village and The Club House just a short walk from the hotel, and private dining can also be arranged.
We work with the best of local seasonal produce, where provenance is all-important and our intuitive service will ensure your loved one’s funeral reception will be as comfortable as possible.
Our menu’s can be tailored to suit your requirements, from lighter fare to a more substantial sit down occasion.
