Dinny’s wife Una, son Donnacha and daughter Suzanne, together with his grandchildren, son in law Damian and the extended family, wish to thank all those who sympathised with them on their recent sad loss of a much loved husband, father and grandfather.  

Thank you to all those who visited our home, sent Mass cards, letters and messages of sympathy, attended the funeral Mass and burial, we are truly grateful. Equally, thank you to those who couldn’t be with us in light of current circumstances but kept us in their thoughts and joined us via the live-stream.

A special word of thanks to the staff of St. Paul's Ward, St. Vincent's University Hospital, Dublin and to Dr. June Coates, Dr. Kenny and Dr. Bothwell at Arklow Medical Practice, for your exceptional care and kindness throughout Dinny’s illness.

To all those who participated in the Mass, especially Fr. Michael Murtagh, the readers and to Helena and Hudsons funeral directors for their sensitive and professional handling of the arrangements. Special gratitude to Suantrai Female Vocal Ensemble for their beautiful singing. 

To those who helped in any way, your contribution made our loss more bearable. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
