Ita Lyster qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and has over 20 years’ experience in conveyancing, probate, family law, and civil litigation. She advises on both contentious and non-contentious matters and is widely recognised for her expertise in Capacity Law. Frequently appointed by the High Court as Guardian ad Litem or Independent Solicitor, she represents vulnerable adults in complex proceedings. A member of the Law Society’s Probate, Administration & Trusts Committee since 2018, Ita also holds a Diploma in Family Law (2020).
