The death has taken place of Shelagh Doherty (nee Gunstone), Carrickmourne, Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny, peacefully, at her home, surrounded by her loving family, July 10th 2020. Predeceased by her husband Jim. Shelagh will be sadly missed by her daughter Maureen, her six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.
In accordance with current government advice regarding public gatherings, a private family cremation will take place on Monday at 11.40am in Newlands Cross Crematorium. Those who wish to leave a message of sympathy can do so by pressing condolence at the bottom of this page. Family flowers only, please, donations, if desired, to the Carlow/Kilkenny Home Care Team and The Irish Cancer Society.
