William (Bill) Sherwood

Peacefully at St. Luke's Hospital, Kilkenny.  Predeceased by his wife Nora. Bill will be sadly missed by his loving family, son Willie, daughters Rose, Bridie, Noreen, Catherine and Mary, brother Jim, sister Peig, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, daughter-in-law Majella, sons-in-law Patrick, Michael, Eamon, Christy, and Martin, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, neighbours and friends.

MAY BILL REST IN PEACE     

In keeping with current government guidelines regarding public gatherings, Bill's funeral will be private for family and close friends.  Reposing at the residence of his son Willie, 3 Donaguile Heights, Castlecomer (House Private please).  Removal on Saturday (29th August) to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Castlecomer for Requiem Mass at 12 noon: live-streamed on the Parish webcam http://www.castlecomerparish.ie/. (Family and close friends only maximum 50 people allowed in the church).  Bill will be laid to rest following Mass in the Crosshill Cemetery, Castlecomer.
