Richard (Dick) Phelan

Richard (Dick) Phelan, Mount Sion, Ferrybank, Waterford, who died on Thursday, 7th January 2021, peacefully in his 96th year, at University Hospital Waterford. Predeceased by his son Brendan. Richard will be sadly missed by his loving wife Helen (nee Fleming), sons Declan and Richard, Daughters Ciara (O'Kane) and Noemi (Moore), grandchildren, Alan, Stephen, Rachel, Sarah, Alicia and Niamh, sons-in-law Bryan and Roger, daughters-in-law Philippa and Anne, brother-in-law Michael, sisters-in-law Hannah and Nesta, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Rest in Peace

Richard's removal will take place on Saturday, 9th January, to the Sacred Heart Church, Ferrybank, arriving for Requiem Mass at 10am followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
