Peacefully at home with his loving family after a short illness bravely fought with courage & dignity. Adored son of Jacqui (O’Brien) & Mark, beloved brother of Becky, loving stepson of Aoife & brother Zak, dear grandson of Nora & the recently deceased Derry O’ Brien. Sadly missed & lovingly remembered by his loving family, aunts, uncles, cousins especially Jack, relatives, neighbours, in particular Teresa, teachers & friends from Rochestown College & his wider circle of friends in Cobh & Table Tennis Ireland.

Adam’s funeral cortege will leave his home on Monday, February 1st, at 12 noon en route to a private family only Requiem Mass which will be live streamed on https://www.churchservices.tv/ovens at 1pm followed by private cremation at The Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy.

Those who would have liked to attend Adam’s Requiem Mass but due to current restrictions cannot do so, can leave a personal message in the condolence book below.

“We would love for you all to remember Adam with a smile, as his fantastic sense of humour was one of the most defining things about him. We will always have Adam’s unique imprint in our hearts”.
