On February 21st 2021, peacefully, with his sons and in the wonderful care of all at Marymount, Cork, Donal (Donie), Ex Creamery Manager, 63, Lower Cork Street, Mitchelstown. Beloved husband of the late Joan (nee O’Donovan, Galbally), loving father of Daniel and James, devoted grandad to Jayden, Emma, Danny and Jack, dear brother of Maura Barry (Glencairn) and Liam (Thurles) and brother-in-law of D.J and Anne.
Sadly missed by his loving family, daughters-in-law Lauren, James’ partner Sandra Connolly, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours, his GAA colleagues and friends.

Donie’s funeral cortege will travel via his home in Lower Cork Street to the Church of Mary Conceived Without Sin for Requiem Mass at 12 noon on Wednesday (24th February). Burial afterwards in Brigown New Cemetery. Donies’s Funeral Mass will be live streamed on www.mitchelstownparish.ie
