Barrett, Richard, Slade, Saggart and formerly of Boot Road, Clondalkin, Dublin. July 21st, 2021. Darling husband of Mary and beloved Dad of Richard, Chris and Ashling. Adored Grandad of Rachel, Eoin, Aidan, Holly, Harry and James, cherished Great-Grandad of Lily-Rose. Father-in-law to Linda and Julian and brother of Betty and Philip. Fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, extended family  and his large circle of friends. He will be truly missed by all.

Funeral to the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Saggart on Friday arriving for 11.00 a.m. Funeral Mass followed by cremation in Newlands Cross Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the Irish Kidney Association or the Community Palliative Care. Given the exceptional climate and to protect everyone who knew Richard, the funeral is for family (50 persons). Those who would have liked to attend Richard’s funeral, but due to restrictions cannot, may leave a personal message for the family on the condolence page below. The family thank you for your understanding and support during this sensitive time.
